(a) we will deliver an order within the agreed period, but we cannot be held liable for any loss caused by
late delivery. If we do deliver late you are not entitled to regard this as a breach of contract.
(b) goods will be delivered to the delivery address supplied by you. You are considered to have given
authority to accept a delivery on your behalf to any person who actually accepts delivery at the delivery
address.
(c) If it is not our fault nor that of our agent that any delivery or collection is delayed or cannot be carried
out then we will charge you for any extra costs incurred.
(d) Orders under £50 (out of the North East area) exclusive of vat will incur a carriage charge.
(e) Delivery charges are based on Mainland UK transactions. If you are not part of Mainland UK the delivery
charge will need to be calculated. Please contact us before placing an order to find out what this charge will be.
(a) Special Order items cannot be returned
(b) Returns must be notified over the phone within 3 working days of receipt of order.
(c) Returns are acceptable only in original unmarked packaging, unless item is faulty / damaged.
(d) Part returns of an item will not be accepted. All items must be returned in their entirety.
(e) Products must be returned to SIB within 10 days of receipt or a 20% handling charge will apply.
(f) Janitorial / Food / first aid items cannot be returned unless faulty due to health and safety
